At BadBackyard, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged. Please review our return policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized or customized items.
    • Perishable goods.
    • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

  1. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer support team at [Contact Email/Phone] to request a return authorization (RA) number.
    • Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  1. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  1. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
    • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of defective or incorrect items.

  1. Damaged Shipments:

    • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us within 14 days of delivery for further instructions.
